You will often see this Gerstner Base tucked neatly under the C2007, Classic Chest, where it increases locking storage capacity by 40%. The C2007 chest is a best-seller, inspired by a past customer favorite and incorporating our best modern advancements. The elegant Classic Base is the perfect accompaniment to the beautifully designed Classic Chest; they work great together. Actually, this base fits under any Gerstner 20 inch chest, but sitting under a chest is not all it can do.

The Classic Base is versatile. In a busy home office, it adds more locking storage to your desktop without taking up precious elbow room. Thanks to its flat top, it will fit under the computer or printer you already have on the desk. In the workshop, you can store bulky worktop tools on top while the delicate precision tools go inside.
