Smoky Maple 13" Cutting Board - American Made!

This 13" Smoky Maple(tm) Cutting Board measures approx. 5" wide x 13" long (including the handle) and 0.75" thick. The rectangular cutting area measures approximately 9.25" long x 5" wide.  This paddle shaped board has a tapered handle with hole for hanging.

Though significantly darker, these boards are Maple, just like the lighter equivalents.  The difference is in how the wood is kiln-dried.  The Smoky Maple(tm) is heated to a higher temperature - that's it!  No chemicals, no short-cuts.

Wood has a faint odor that resembles smoke.  Again, this merely from the drying process - no chemicals have been added to the wood.
